About The Role

We have an exciting new vacancy for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our friendly and supportive Recruitment team on a 6 month fixed-term basis. This is a brilliant opportunity to play a central role in the future success of the company, ensuring that good customer outcomes and an excellent candidate experience is at the heart of everything we do.

In this role, you’ll provide support to the team by screening suitable candidates, as well as proactively identifying and approaching talent for a diverse range of roles, using a variety of sourcing methods. You will ensure that the candidate management process is effective, compliant and timely, helping maintain a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process. In addition, you will support with arranging interviews and managing multiple job boards to maximise our employer brand profile and candidate attraction, as well as related administrative tasks required by the team.

About You

We’re ideally looking for applicants who can demonstrate previous experience in a recruitment role, with experience of direct candidate attraction and proactive candidate sourcing techniques, however this is not essential and full training will be provided. It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with a good telephone manner and written English skills, as this role will entail communicating with high volumes of candidates via both telephone and email. It is key that you will have the ability to work at pace, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
