About the role:

As a Care Practitioner, you would be expected to:

Actively safeguard and promote the welfare of young people.
Promote structure and consistent boundaries within the home.
Provide a positive role model for young people.
Empower young people to help them regulate their emotions and behaviour.
Support young people by following a structured therapeutic model of care.
Provide and participate in leisure activities in line with care plans.
Our client uses Clear Care as their web base system to record and evidence their young people’s day-to-day care and outcomes achieved.


About you:

Level 3 Children’s qualification or willingness to complete.
Computer Literate.
Experience maintaining accurate records, writing reports to professionals, or being willing to learn.
Minimum of 6 months experience working as a Care Practitioner supporting children in a residential setting.
