• Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for industrial roofing projects on MOD sites
• Analyzing project specifications and requirements
• Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors
• Preparing and submitting bids
• Maintaining relationships with clients

Requirements:

• A degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Experience estimating industrial roofing projects on MOD sites
• Knowledge of industrial roofing systems and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in estimating software
