Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs?

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant / Support Worker to join a welcoming and supportive Special Needs School in Oxfordshire. This is a full-time position with an immediate start available for the right candidate.



About the Role

You will be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop independence, and achieve their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment.

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who have experience working with children or vulnerable adults and are committed to providing high-quality support.



The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience working within a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school setting, or
  • Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar support role
  • A patient, caring, and resilient approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs


Requirements:

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Availability to work full-time
