Class 1 Hgv Driver

CLASS 1 HGV DRIVER 

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy and well-established steel distributor, for a Class 1 HGV Driver based out of their BOD depot. Most shifts you will be driving Class 2, however, you MUST hold a valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.

PAY RATES - £17.00ph Basic | £22.10ph OT | [Paye Adv]

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy and well-established steel distributor, for a Class 1 HGV Driver based out of their BOD depot.

• Immediate start
• 3- mths initially
• Possible Temp-Perm opportunity for the right candidate.

THE ROLE

• Majority of work is driving a Class 2 flatbed
• Competent in securing and transporting steel, safely

SHIFT PATTERN

Mon – Thu: 7am – 4:30pm 🗓 Fri: 7am – 4pm - 9-hr day - OT paid after 8 hours

PAY RATES  £17 ph [basic] £22.10 ph [OT]

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• Similar previous experience would be advantageous
• Reliable and professional attitude
