What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience owning complex digital products end-to-end, from strategy through to delivery, ideally in a B2B or enterprise context.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; skilled at delivering value swiftly while maintaining a focus on the broader vision.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, particularly when engaging with senior business and technical audiences.
- Proficiency in defining and communicating strategic roadmaps and translating them into actionable delivery plans.
- Expertise in collaborating with engineering, data, and UX teams to scope, build, and launch high-impact features.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and prioritisation skills.
- Confidence in aligning diverse stakeholder groups around a shared product vision.
- A pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset with adaptability in a consulting environment.
- Experience with AI, automation, or knowledge systems is highly advantageous.
