Here in Boston, we employ around 400 colleagues and produce ready-to-eat salads, prepared vegetables, and snacks for many of the major retailers such as Co-op, Boots, Greggs, Costco, and Spar.
What you'll be doing
As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team and ensuring the smooth running of HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining HR records, trackers, and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Processing employee documentation, including contracts, payroll changes, and benefits administration.
- Supporting HR-related queries from colleagues and providing guidance on policies and procedures.
- Arranging and scheduling meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Assisting with HR reporting and compiling key HR metrics.
- Supporting the administration of employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.
What we're looking for
We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have:
- Previous experience in an HR administration role or a similar administrative position.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
