The Role

As a Minibus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and following all safety regulations. Your role will contribute to the smooth operation of the logistics department and ensure a reliable transport service.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport staff and clients as directed by the Fleet Controller/Logistics Manager, following Health & Safety guidelines.
• Perform daily reporting to the Fleet Controller for job allocations.
• Conduct manual handling activities, including loading and unloading items.
• Clean UKME vehicles as required.
• Maintain readiness and responsiveness by keeping the work mobile phone switched on and always answered.
• Work according to a flexible rota, especially during high season.
• Follow instructions from the Fleet Controller/Logistics Manager.
• Perform any additional reasonable tasks as directed by the Team Leader.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety regulations.
• Maintain company vehicles in good condition.
• Support chauffeurs in their duties as needed.
• Accurately record mileage for all trips.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a professional with:

• Previous experience as a Minibus/Van driver.
• Possession of a full and valid D1 driver's license (Essential).
• Familiarity with driving in the Surrey area (Desirable).
