Site Welder

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Coded Site Welder to join our team for an exciting long-term period on various sites in central London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out welding works on-site, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding on structural steel, , and various materials according to engineering drawings.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures at all times.
- Thorough inspections of welded joints and structures will be carried out by weld tester.
- Work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Collaborate with site management and other trades to ensure efficient progress on projects.
Key Requirements:
- Coded Welder with current certification (preferably to ASME, BSEN or ISO standards).
- Proven experience in site welding and knowledge of welding techniques (MMA, MIG, TIG, FCAW).
- Strong understanding of welding safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- CSCS Card or equivalent site qualification.
- Full PPE and working at heights certification preferred.
