Technical Services Pricing Manager (HARD FM)

Location: National (Hybrid)

Hours of work: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

​While initially a fixed-term contract, there is a possibility of temp-to-perm, though not guaranteed.

Job Description

This role is critical in shaping our client's growing Ops Performance Technical Team, contributing to the development of market-leading maintenance solutions.

To achieve this, our client needs robust pricing methodology and modelling in place. The role is remote but requires attendance at UK offices as needed.

​You’ll play a key role in mitigating commercial risk through a solid, rules-based resourcing and pricing strategy, while bringing our solution to life through compelling marketing collateral.

​You’ll be the vital link between our central technical SME function and commercial team, ensuring alignment in our ways of working and sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use market intelligence to develop an asset management strategy
  • Create a scalable and repeatable resourcing/pricing strategy
  • Develop an asset data reconciliation process to minimise commercial risk
  • Design compelling marketing collateral with internal design and marketing teams
  • Work with procurement to align supplier agreements with ISS’ commercial model
  • Ensure consistency between technical SME functions and commercial teams
  • Drive awareness of client product offering internally and externally

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Experience in the Facilities Management (FM) sector
  • Strong commercial pricing and solutioning skills in FM
  • Proven ability in building pricing models for products
  • Data analysis expertise to inform pricing strategies
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of commercial processes in Asset Management / Engineering services
  • Marketing and branding expertise to drive growth
  • Some technology background in the FM industry
