Ballycommon are actively seeking experienced Pipelayers for upcoming works in Leiston, Suffolk. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading civil engineering contractors on a prestigious project that is part of Sizewell C, Europe’s largest construction development.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Pipelayer, your main duties will include:

• Pipe Installation: Accurately and safely lay pipes for drainage systems, ensuring they are installed in line with project specifications and relevant standards.
• Site Collaboration: Work effectively with other site workers to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of the project.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring the safety of yourself and your colleagues at all times.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that pipework is laid to a high standard, meeting both the design requirements and quality expectations of the project.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Experience: More than 5 years of experience as a Pipelayer, with a proven track record in all aspects of pipework.
• Certifications:
  • Valid CSCS Card (Blue CSCS Skilled Worker preferred).
  • City & Guilds Medium Risk Confined Spaces certification.
• References: You must be able to provide two references from previous employers or projects to verify your experience and reliability.
• Reliability: You must be dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of work and safety.
