Service Charge Officer (£12,593 per annum, £31,065 full-time equivalent, 15 hours per week, fixed-term contract until September 2025)

Job Role

We’re looking for a service charge officer, who will be responsible for providing support in the management of service charges, managing agent accounts and utilities.

You’ll be providing residents with accurate, relevant, timely and easily accessible information about their service charges, ensuring West Kent fully recovers these costs.

You’ll need to be highly numerate, literate with good IT skills. The ability to prioritise, and work accurately and methodically under pressure. You’ll have proven experience of identifying potential problems, showing confidence and being prepared to challenge.

You’ll be someone that can build relationships easily as this role involves working with colleagues across the business as well as external customers.

Location

This role will be based in our Sevenoaks office. We offer a flexible approach to hybrid working with most full-time employees working in the office two days a week.
