Senior Quantity Surveyor

This leading main contractor is experiencing great success in their London region, and they have an immediate need for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a £25m cut and carve refurbishment scheme in the West End of London.

Your freelance contract will start immediately and be for an initial period of 6 months, however it is highly likely that you could be offered a long-term contract for the duration of the project or a permanent salaried role.

This is to work on a heavy refurbishment which has structural alterations and being in piccadilly, central London it is a logistically challenging project. You will need to draw on your extensive experience in the London construction sector and have strong knowledge of cut and carve refurbishment projects. There will be a proportion of the building that is a retained façade so it would be a benefit if you have experience but is not essential.

You will have over 7yrs UK Quantity Surveying experience and will already live and work in the UK and will have a range of London construction projects listed on your CV.
