Quantity Surveyor – Retail
This leading main contractor has an immediate need for a Quantity Surveyor to work within an established and thriving retail division.
The role will be to work on a freelance contract basis for a minimum period of 6 months however, this is likely to be extended to 9 months due to the increased workload.
As Quantity Surveyor you will work on a leading supermarket retail account over 3 specific refurb and fitout projects in the London area.
The projects consist of a £2m refurb that is at preconstruction stage, a £3.5m fitout of an existing store and a £4m project which is nearing completion. You will cover all general surveying duties such as procurement, account management, payments, variations and cost reports.
For this Quantity Surveyor position you must have worked within the retail sector on specifically supermarket retail projects for the top 5 supermarket leaders. You will have experience of working in the fast-paced retail projects environment.
A Quantity Surveying qualification is essential, and you will be a current UK resident and eligible to work in the UK without a visa or sponsorship.
