Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer – East London
This Senior Quantity Surveyor position is for a well-known residential developer on a major phased development in East London. They have an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the project on a freelance basis for a 12 month contract.
The previous phase for this major residential scheme has just finished and the new phases under way. You will carry out general surveying duties including cost reporting, payments and management of subcontract packages on the current phases. You will also start to look at the procurement of the following phase which will complete in Summer 2027.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor for this leading residential developer you must have over 5yrs working as a Quantity Surveyor with other recognised developers. You must be currently based in the UK and have a recognised Quantity Surveying qualification.
