Male Support workers urgently needed who are looking for your next opportunity and ready to start Immediately
Our CTRC Team is looking for Honesty integrity and reliability, Caring and professional care staff that is committed and reliable. We have an opportunity based in N9, N16,SW16 , To enable Service Users to develop and improve their life skills and encourage Clients to lead a full and active life within the community. To promote the independence of vulnerable adults and strive to enhance individual lifestyles by offering access to social, leisure, and recreational activities, along with support in further education and employment
This is an ideal opportunity for someone flexible and looking for a full time role. This will be an ongoing care package.
We expect the following of each Staff;
- To complete Mandatory training
- Car drivers are desirable but not essential
- At least 6 months experience in caring role desirable but not essential
- To be caring, compassionate, loyal and reliable
- To have good communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Working with Severe Learning Disability with complex needs
- Flexiable staff is Essential

Main function of the job:
• To support the service user with accessing activities in the community,attending collegue and appointments
• To promote and encourage their independence
• To follow and implement their individual care plan
• Make sure that their basic needs and wellbeing are being addressed and personal centred care is delivered at the highest standard.
