Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Input Administrator to join our team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting data into our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing orders and maintaining records. This role is ideal for someone looking to contribute to high-profile project in a fast-paced, hybrid working environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input product orders and customer contact details - with precision and speed, adhering to established data standards.
  • Accurately process orders, entering opportunities and quotes onto CRM systems in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Work with other teams to ensure all orders and customer information are processed accurately and reflect the latest product information.
  • Update and maintain confidential files and records, always ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines, managing high volumes of data and information effectively.
  • Maintain logs of data entry activities and report progress to the project lead.


What will you need to succeed?

Essential:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work under pressure.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and processing tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Beneficial:

  • Previous administrative experience in an office environment, with a focus on data entry, order processing and CRM management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel). Ability to quickly adapt to complex administrative systems and product information.
