Ecosurety are looking for a thorough, organised and personable Office Administrator to join our business services team. The purpose of this role is to provide effective administration support across the organisation to assist the teams to meet deadlines, increase efficiencies, and organise the working environment.

Job Description:
- Provide high quality administration support to ensure safe, well-functioning, environmentally conscious office facilities and working environment.
- Coordinate regular and ad-hoc email communications to stakeholders for compliance requirements, events, consultations, and marketing campaigns.
- Reception coverage, meet and greet visitors, answering phones, collecting, and distributing post.
- Admin support in coordination of internal and external events.
- Support the Quality Manager in maintaining Ecosurety’s integrated Management System.
- Ad hoc administration support for any new services / projects as required.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or office assistant
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to work collaboratively
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and management software (Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM etc.)
- The successful candidate ideally needs to be able to attend our central Bristol office 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). Alternative working arrangements may be considered.
The successful candidate must be well aligned with the Ecosurety Values Framework. Specifically, we will be looking for examples of: Responsibility; Accountability; Diligence.
Package:
- £25-27K per year
- Fixed-term contract for 9 months, full time, 8 hours per day
- 28 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
