Our Client makes critical turbine blades that go into their world-leading jet engines. It means they're at the cutting-edge of casting and automated technology. So, forget what you think you know about 'factory' environments - this is a high-tech, modern space you'll enjoy being in every day.

As an ABCF Flexible Team Member you will be responsible for:

• Can follow processes and detailed instructions
• Take responsibility for your own development
• Can support colleagues and work well moving from team to team
• Always look for ways to improve
• Take pride in producing good work
• Are reliable, adaptable and safety conscious
• Are comfortable working a mix of day and night shifts.

What we require from the candidate:

• Follow technical instructions and operate high-tech robotic machinery
• Craft patterns in wax ready for casting
• Measure and check blades to ensure they reach our high standards
• Gather data using digital apps
• Contribute to production plans
• Help us find ways to improve our processes and reduce costs
• There's a lot of attention to detail involved, but there's also plenty of variety in what you do each day and a great sense of achievement at the end of it
