£33,675 per annum
Fixed Term – Maternity Cover
Full Time, 35 hours per week

Meticulous and organised, you’ll co-ordinate the day-to-day planning for the Healthy Homes Team, maintaining the scheduling system with appointments to ensure that we meet targets and that the customers' expectations are met. You’ll appoint, monitor and control the workflow of jobs and will liaise with customers, the management team and external stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are kept informed of the progress of any repairs. You’ll also manage a number of Disrepair claims and Obtain internal disclosure information.
You’ll be committed to living our values and delivering an outstanding service to our customers with a first time resolution mindset. You will provide a professional, efficient, courteous service answering queries and providing information about our services. Self-motivated with a positive approach, you will be an active listener who can manage difficult situations.
We’re looking for an individual who has experience in a customer service / administrative role with fantastic organisational skills and the ability to make recommendations on how we can improve our processes. A confident communicator, you’ll be accustomed to liaising with a variety of both internal and external stakeholders and will have a real commitment to improving the customer experience.
