Fit Out UK, are a leading interior fit out contractor dominating the Retail, Leisure, Commercial & Residential sectors nationwide.

Expanding alongside our thriving business, we're on the hunt for an adept Site Manager, ideally with retail/bank refurb experience, initially for a 6 week project in Southampton, but will be long term on projects across the South Coast. As the Site Manager you'll manage subcontractors and direct labour on the project(s) to ensure the programme runs smoothly and build deadlines are hit.

Requirements

• Experience in construction management, specifically in retail construction projects and fast track projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing the construction of retail banks/stores and / or other commercial retail spaces.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within the wider project team(s).
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Ideally Trade Qualified / Background
• Ideally CISR Scaffold qualified (or able to attend training at our office prior to starting)

Start date on site Monday 7th October, Weekly Pay. Long term work available for those happy to travel around the South Coast and wider area.
