Think Property and Surveying are delighted to be working with a National Charity who are looking to appoint an experienced Regional Building Surveyor on a 6 Month FTC covering the South of the UK
The role
You will undertake full Building Surveying duties on the Southern portfolio. This will include condition and acquisition reports, PPM/Repairs & Maintenance, H&S, Compliance and Project Work.
What they're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a full professional understanding of building pathology and will be an experienced Building Surveyor with commercial experience.
What they offer you
You will offered a 6 Month Contract with a salary up to £60K dependent on your experience. You will be able to work on a Hybrid model for the vast majority of the time, performing site visits and meetings as required on a case by case basis.
