Apprenticeship: Level 3 Apprenticeship in Multi-Channel Marketing (18-24 months)

Salary: £15,000 - £18,000 per annum

The Role

They are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join their innovative marketing team as a Digital Marketing Assistant (Apprentice). Alongside your role, you will undertake a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Multi-Channel Marketing, lasting between 18-24 months. You will support their digital marketing strategy, creating engaging social media content, posting updates, and contributing to content planning. You'll also be involved in key digital marketing projects and assist with various marketing administration tasks.

What You'll Do:

Social Media Planning & Posting:

  • Assist in developing and executing monthly social media content plans.
  • Write and schedule posts across various platforms.
  • Engage with their community through creative, interactive content.

Content Creation:

  • Produce shareable short-form content such as TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, photos, and graphics.
  • Collaborate with the team to gather insights and ideas for content creation.
  • Build relationships with UA92’s Student Content Creator community.

Community Management:

  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement on social media platforms daily.
  • Handle comments, messages, and mentions in an engaging and timely manner.

SEO:

  • Assist with SEO projects, including keyword research and optimisation to improve search rankings.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Support the Digital Marketing Specialist in tracking and analysing the performance of social media and digital campaigns.

Digital Marketing Activities:

  • Help implement digital advertising campaigns in-house and with external partners.
  • Contribute to the development of UA92’s overall digital marketing plan.

Marketing Administration:

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as processing purchase orders, managing the marketing inbox, and responding to queries.

Skills and Qualifications

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic IT skills, including Word and Excel.
  • A keen interest in social media platforms (particularly TikTok and Instagram).
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools.
  • Organisational skills, creativity, and a passion for creating content.
  • Ability to work well within a team and show initiative.
