Director Of Operations

Fresh Horizons is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. This part-time role will provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the organisation's continued growth and success. While the role is primarily remote, occasional visits to properties and external networking meetings will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan.
- Oversee operational policies, procedures, and systems.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff members.
- Ensure effective fundraising and financial management.
- Build and maintain strong community relationships.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong strategic planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in senior leadership roles within the charitable sector.
- Knowledge of the homelessness sector or related social issues is desirable.
Hours: 14 hours per week
