Recruitment Coordinator (12-Month fixed term Maternity Cover)

Are you an organised, tech-savvy administrator looking for your next challenge? Willmott Dixon, one of the UK's leading construction companies, is seeking a driven Recruitment Coordinator to join our team based in Letchworth on a 12-month fixed-term contract (hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home)
In this fast-paced role, you will play a key part in supporting our in-house recruiters to attract and onboard top talent that will help drive the company's ambitious growth plans. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, your responsibilities will include:
Managing the applicant tracking system to maximize candidate attraction and ensure a smooth hiring process
Assist in sourcing suitable candidates through job boards, social media, and our company website
Scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and providing a positive recruitment experience
Tracking recruitment spend and monitoring the success of different sourcing channels
Co-ordination and booking of recruitment events, careers fairs and maintain all recruitment materials and updating when necessary.
Handling both internal and external recruitment-related queries
Essential and Desirable Criteria
To excel in this role, you will need:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build relationships across the business
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail to juggle multiple tasks
Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and experience using applicant tracking systems (we use Talentlink but training will be given)
A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
