The role is a 12 month fixed term contract. The role will be hybrid and you can be based anywhere in the UK. The salary is from £48,000 with an annual bonus and 27 days leave.

About the role:

• You will be responsible for the management, coordination, and production of high-quality service proposals for new business opportunities across solutions/services included in NHSPS's service proposition

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft tailored solutions that meet customer needs and align with our company's goals

• Lead the development of compelling business cases and winning proposals to secure new business opportunities

• Ensure proposals are persuasive, compliant, and delivered on time.

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience of Property Management, Hard or Soft facilities services operational delivery

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• Self-motivated, self-disciplined with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities within own workload effectively and deliver to tight timelines

• Ability to solve problems and complex issues in a timely manner

• Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to gather, organise, interpret and collate data from multiple sources
