We are based Meridian, and we are a team of 7 consultants that are recruiting into Industrial, driving and construction sectors.

Job Role :- Industrial Resourcer

You will be responsible for resourcing candidates for various clients new & old. This will be working on our transport desk with 2 of our consultants. You will also be responsible for ensuring temps are vetted correctly, available and compliant to be put out for work.

You will work closely with the consultants to assist them in filling roles that they have open and ensuring the clients have the correct candidate for the requirements.

They will work with yourself to develop your skills enabling you to progress within the Industrial sector.

This role is for someone looking for a career within the recruitment environment. Due to the type of role this is we would really like the right person to have at least 1 years’ experience working in a fast-paced environment or agency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary between £23,000 - £26,000 per year

You will also be able to make Commission @ 10% and this is NOT capped and will be paid monthly.

• Day shift starts between 08:00am -09:00am (37.5 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday
