We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager with GROUNDWORKS and RC Frame Experience.
This is a perm opportunities for successful candidates.
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!
Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Director and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Producing programmes
• RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Providing progress reports
Project Manager Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• Temporary Works Coordinator (beneficial)
• Experienced in managing groundworks, RC Frame packages for specialist contractors.
