Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading contractor to make the key appointment of Project Manager (Electrical Bias).

Based in the East Midlands, this is a 12/18 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity: £60k – £70k + £5k car allowance or £330 - £370 per day (CIS)

Reporting to the Projects Director, the Project Manager will responsible for managing inception to completion electrical projects ranging in value from £50k - £5m.

Working across a mixed-use multi-property portfolio, the Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a number of electrical projects to include but not limited to Lifecycle, Fire Alarm, and Emergency Lighting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with key stakeholders on their requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes.
  • Work with developers, designers and sub-contractors to define and document scopes of work.
  • Develop and understand the full scope of works in line with the desired project business case and in turn outcome.
  • Manage, run and draw up tenders on behalf of the client as required.
  • Carry out full tender analysis of all sub-contractor returns.
  • Competitively price the works whilst returning expected profit margins.
  • Review all preconstruction information and implement a construction phase plan.
  • Engage with sub-contractors under the correct commercial terms.
