About The Role:

Our Business development manager is a dynamic, motivated, high performing and experienced new Business Development professional, who takes a consultative approach and has previously worked in a 100% new business, B2B sales role. You will be given the task to drive growth and maintain a great working relationship with new and existing prospects. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person, who is passionate about healthcare. Ideally you would have previous experience within a health tech scale up. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Self-generating new leads, appointments and referrals through day to day new business activity.

  • Generating and attending meetings with potential introducers and referral partners. 

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly minimum sales targets. 

  • Accurately build, manage and maintain your sales pipeline.

  • Owns the full sales cycle (identification, acquisition, implementation, expansion, and renewal) for assigned accounts

  • Prospects new customers and accounts within their territory. 

  • Manage the sales funnel from new opportunity generation through closing.

What you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years experience within a Business Development environment

  • Relevant experience in healthcare, biomedical or technology.

  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on sales / proven client relationship building experience 

  • Highly motivated individual with a flexible and adaptable approach

  • B2B Sales experience with a track record in results. 

  • Experience of creating new business opportunities and managing clients.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, & time management skills. 

  • Ability to think strategically and analyse data.
