Who we need

Join our team as a People & Organisational Development Apprentice, where you'll play a crucial role in our shared service and OD team. Your primary responsibilities are offering administrative assistance throughout the entire employee lifecycle and CPD activities.

In this collaborative environment, you'll work closely with peers in the shared service team to meet our SLA’s and provide excellent customer service to colleagues.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for someone with great attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced setting, particularly during peak periods like payroll cycles or the start of term. The ideal candidate is a team player who works collaboratively and can prioritise workload to ensure our colleagues receive accurate responses, documentation and pay in a timely manner. You will have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

With an attractive benefits package including 35 days annual leave, flexible working opportunities, access to a generous pension scheme and perks package, this is a place where you will feel valued and where you can grow and develop. Be a part of a dynamic and diverse team that thrives on innovation, creativity, and outstanding outcomes. Our aim is for our workforce to mirror the rich diversity of the individuals and communities we serve, creating an environment where a range of experiences, skills, and viewpoints are valued. Within our inclusive workplace, everyone is given the opportunity to belong. As part of this we are happy to consider any reasonable adjustments that successful candidates may need.
