About The Role:

Our Community Manager is someone who excels at shaping content and building community across digital platforms. You will be tasked with growing a new digital footprint through assisting in the creation of compelling content, community management, growth and engagement. We’re looking for an imaginative and ambitious Community Manager, driven by bringing people together.

What you'll be doing:

  • Liaising with stakeholders around the business, build community engagement plan to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy

  • Working to develop and deliver our social media strategy that drives engagement and audience growth 

  • Work hand-in-hand with our Customer Service team to smoothly handle customer queries and comments considerately and efficiently

  • Track and report on social media performance against defined KPIs, and provide recommendations based on results

  • Have your finger on the pulse of trending topics and identifying opportunities for us to provide a timely, friendly, expert voice 

  • Identify advocates and influencers, engaging with them to create and share inspiring and provoking content 

  • Keep up to date with social media and community building best practices; taking a test and learn approach to different and new ideas

What you will need:

  • 3+ years of social media or community building experience

  • Relevant experience in healthcare, biomedical or technology

  • A track record of delivering engaging copy and visuals across social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn 

  • Knowledge of social media analytics and how to meaningfully interpret them to transform results into actionable insights and actions
