About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, content management, and data-driven marketing to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and customer engagement. If you have a background in healthcare and a talent for digital marketing, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage Online Activity: Oversee all online activities related to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, a/b testing, reporting, customer acquisition cost, bounce rate, and revenue by traffic source.

  • Develop Digital Strategies: Create and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance website performance and traffic.

  • Optimise SEO: Perform search engine optimization for the website, addressing requirements from web designers and programmers, and maintaining the database.

  • Utilise Analytics: Use analytics and research to develop customer personas and strategic plans to reach target segments.

  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI and KPI achievement.

  • Social Media Oversight: Manage all company social media accounts (IG, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok), and develop and execute advertising campaigns across all platforms.

  • Content Management: Improve online content with a focus on SEO and Google Analytics, and build an inbound marketing plan.

  • Sales Forecasting: Forecast sales performance trends and monitor competition, providing suggestions for improvement.

  • Data-Driven Marketing: Deliver comprehensive analytics reports, optimise marketing strategies, and demonstrate a data-driven marketing approach.

  • Innovative Ideas: Develop and execute novel ideas to promote business scale and outreach.

What You Will Need

  • Experience: At least 5 years as a Digital Marketing manager, with proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.

  • Education: BSc degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a relevant field.

  • Skills: Strong knowledge of all digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, and familiarity with web design.

  • Platform Expertise: Comprehensive experience with Shopify Plus and other digital tools and platforms like Google Adwords, Analytics, HubSpot, and Facebook Business Manager.

  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in delivering growth, improving SEO rankings, keyword optimization, and driving traffic/conversions through affiliates and referral marketing.

  • Mindset: A growth mindset, high level of enthusiasm, energy, flexibility, honesty, and a "can-do" attitude.

  • Communication: Excellent writing, editing skills, strong attention to detail, and great interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Performance Under Pressure: Capable of working under pressure and towards tight deadlines to achieve KPIs and exceed performance metrics.
