Music Teacher

We are working with a wonderful Secondary School in Lincolnshire, who are looking for a Music Teacher from September 2024!

The Head Teacher is looking a for passionate and qualified Music Teacher looking to inspire the next generation and is keen to add value to their high achieving school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Music across KS3, KS4, and KS5
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons
  • Run and direct a variety of extra-curricular music activities
  • Motivate students to achieve excellent results

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven ability to teach Music to KS3, KS4, and KS5
  • Experience of Level 3 Cambridge Technicals Post 16 is welcomed but not essential
  • Strong planning and lesson delivery skills
  • Enthusiasm for running and directing extra-curricular activities
  • Ability to motivate students and achieve outstanding results
  • Excellent organizational skills and a deep appreciation of Music
  • Ability to form positive working relationships with both staff and pupils
  • Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
