Anderson Knight is recruiting an ER Case Manager (6-month FTC) for a priority client based in Glasgow. As a leading organisation in their industry the Employee Relations Case Manager will play a critical role in managing and resolving employee relations issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex ER cases. This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented individual who can navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve a wide range of employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and workplace disputes.

• Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on ER matters.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of ER cases, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal standards.

• Analyse trends and provide insights to senior management on recurring ER issues and recommend proactive measures.

• Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures across all cases.

• Deliver training and education to managers and employees on ER best practices and policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in employee relations, with a focus on managing complex ER cases.

• Experience in a shared service centre environment is highly advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.

• High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
