About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with our KS2 students, providing tailored support and interventions to help them achieve their academic goals. We are currently seeking a dedicated Part-Time Key Stage 2 (KS2) Intervention Teaching Assistant to join our team on a long-term basis. You will collaborate with classroom teachers and SENCO to implement targeted interventions, monitor student progress, and provide feedback to support ongoing improvement.

Key Skills, Experiences & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

●       Experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in Key Stage 2.

●       A patient and empathetic approach, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and support their individual learning needs.

●       Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.

●       A commitment to promoting inclusion and equality in education.

●       Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development are desirable but not essential.
