Up to £33,231 per year + van   

37 hours per week  

6 month fixed term contract   

Working for a Housing Trust is rewarding in itself. Working for this Housing Trust means you’ll be joining a dedicated repairs team with Great Spirit. The purpose of the role will be to deliver a high quality and continuously improving repairs service to all the trusts customers by, consistently striving to achieve high levels of performance against agreed performance measures, ensuring that as far as practicable, that there are sufficient resources/materials to enable works to be completed on first visit.
