The Role:

As a Tractor Driver, you will be responsible for operating tractors and associated equipment to perform a variety of tasks. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work under varying weather conditions. You will play a crucial part in our operations, ensuring that activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating tractors and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Performing pre-operational checks on equipment and maintaining machinery in good working order.
• Transporting materials and equipment to and from various locations.
• Assisting with loading and unloading goods as required.
• Adhering to safety guidelines and ensuring all work complies with company policies and regulations.
• Communicating effectively with the transport and logistics team to coordinate tasks.
• Reporting any machinery issues or safety concerns to management promptly.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Tractor Driver or in a similar role within transport or agriculture.
• Valid tractor driving qualification and a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with agricultural equipment and the ability to perform minor repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in different weather conditions and adjust schedules as required.
