We are seeking a talented and experienced OpenShift Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an OpenShift Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and developing our OpenShift-based container platform. You will work closely with cloud, security and infrastructure teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our containerized applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, ,develop, deploy, and manage OpenShift container platform infrastructure for our Maximo application in Azure using OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Configure and maintain OpenShift clusters, nodes, and container runtime environments in Azure.
- Collaborate with cloud, security and infrastructure teams to design, build, and deploy containerized applications on OpenShift.
- Work with DevOps team to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automating application deployment and delivery.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of OpenShift clusters and applications.
- Ensure security best practices are implemented across the OpenShift platform by working with Security Architects.
- Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline the deployment processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development and operations teams on OpenShift-related issues.
