Join our client, one of the largest financial institutions headquartered in Japan, as an OAD Planning Analyst. In this exciting role, you will provide administrative support and champion continuous improvement initiatives for the wider OAD Planning team. Your efforts will contribute to a robust control and governance framework and enable efficiency savings.

Responsibilities:

Support a broad range of OAD / ODED control and governance activities.
Conduct audit and regulatory tasks, ad hoc statistical analysis, and budget control.
Assist with BCP planning, preparation/submission of applications, and maintaining databases.
Update the departmental organisation chart and provide ex-pat support.
Prioritise IT projects and support bank-wide projects and compliance activities.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Specialist knowledge of banking products is a plus.
Self-motivated, able to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements.
Demonstrable ability to improve existing practises and see goals through to completion.
Act with integrity, serving as a role model and demonstrating sound judgement.
Japanese language skills will be preferable.
