I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor based out of the South of England. They are looking to on-board a Project Manager to deliver a new civil package being delivered for a valued client in the capital. The scope of works being delivered will include enabling works, piling, temporary works and excavations.
Project manager responsibilities:
- Managing and co-coordinating the delivery of the project.
- Management of works - allocating staff and sub-contractors to tasks.
- Producing project plans and programmes.
- Attending and holding site meetings.
- Liaising with the client and sub-contractors on site.
- Managing health and safety, QC and QA.
- Producing RAMS.
- Recording keeping.
Project manager requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Black CSCS card.
- SMSTS.
- First aid.
- TWS.
- Previous project management experience (8 years).
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience with temporary works.
- Previous experience with enabling works.
- IT literate.
