Position: Trainee Cover Supervisor Location: Plymouth - Covering various schools in the region Contract Type: Supply Basis with the potential for a Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Embrace full training to become a skilled Cover Supervisor, with no prior experience required.
• Confidently take charge of classes of around 30 students, maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Teach a variety of subjects following pre-planned lessons, providing a taste of diverse educational experiences.
• Develop classroom management skills.
• Seize the opportunity to transition into a permanent role within one of our welcoming schools.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree in any discipline - your passion for education is what matters most!
• Confidence and enthusiasm to lead a classroom of students.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
