We are currently looking for a Site Manager for retail to leisure conversion project in Nottingham.
The project will be a change over from a retail unit into a fun leisure complex so ideally you will have experience of shopfitting or similar and possess the usual construction related certs such as SMSTS, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness and First Aid.
Duties will include management of specialist subcontractors, Health & Safety, RAMS, site reports and client liaison.
