My client is a industry leading commercial and industrial principle contractor with multiple contracts across the UK.
We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the company and manage 18 month commercial contract based in Hampshire.
My client has continuous work and long term additional projects.
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!
THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Contracts Manager and Director.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Writing RAMS
• Producing programmes.
• Managing subcontractors
• Providing progress reports
• Managing procurement and sourcing of labour.
Project Manager Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• Experienced writing programmes.
• Experienced within commercial and industrial units projects for specialist contractors.
• Full UK Driving License
