Temp to Perm position. 

We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Picker/Packer for our well-established client based in Leeds, LS12. This role involves manual picking, requiring candidates to have strong English language skills, alongside strong numeracy and literacy abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack products based on customer orders.
• Use handheld scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain an organised and clean work environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the warehouse.

Required Skills:

• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in picking orders.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience as a picking operative for a minimum of one year is essential.
