Capital Works Manager

Main Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and operate partnership working with tenants, building users, contractors, consultants, external agencies and the voluntary sector.
- Manage a team of surveyors and office staff
- Support the management of planned maintenance contractors
- Take responsibility for the delivery of capital works
- Delivery of modernisation and retrofit projects
The Successful Candidate Must Have:
- Experience working in a social housing setting
- Strong management experience
- Experience in managing contractors
- Good technical background around planned maintenance/capital works
