Stakeholder Manager required for a major offshore wind developer based in Europe
Responsibilities
- Support communication efforts and coordinate CSR activities.
- Organize and oversee events and CSR programs.
- Gather and convey information to stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
- Overview of stakeholder management and engagement activities.
- Manage internal stakeholders.
- Follow up on local community engagement and maintain working relationships with community interest groups.
- Coordinate with other Work Streams on stakeholder-related activities.
- Develop strategies for proactive stakeholder engagement and issue resolution.
- Manage a Grievance Mechanism for stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
- 2+ years of experience within the energy industry.
- Local experience (Project location/ area) is desirable.
