Site Manager (Roofing)
Petersfield, Hampshire

We are currently looking for a Site Manager for a large supermarket refurbishment project in Petersfield. You will be working direct for the roofing contractor who are the principle contractor so a knowledge of commercial / industrial roofing would be advantageous.
Key responsibilities will include: client liaison, H&S, RAMS, weekly reporting and the management of labour and sub-contractors. You must be computer literate as you will be working on contractors own internal computer system and reporting back to senior management with progress and updates.
You will need the usual construction related certs such as CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.
