We are working with a renowned M&E Contractor who have a rich history delivering projects across the country over the last 45 years and are experiencing a period of growth. They are looking to engage with an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to deliver a high value student accommodation site in Old Kent Road which is expected to last until the end of the year.
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the electrical subcontractors, reporting progress to the Project Director and the client and liaising with the build teams to ensure that all electrical packages are delivered according to spec.
The company in question have a large order book of projects in London and surrounding areas and will have projects for you to move on to afterwards. They are paying either freelance/self employed or offering permanent contracts.
