Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Piccadilly
Type: Contract
Salary: £385 per day
Contract Length: 12 Months
Are you a Project Manager looking to take on a MASSIVE up to £10m Fit Out Project in Central London? Do you have 5 - 10 years fit out project experience? Are you Adept in cross level communication ? Then this IS the role for you!
Project Manager roles and responsibilities:
- Single point of contact between Client and Project
- Appoint and be responsible for all external suppliers including consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and FF&E. Ensuring Contracts are in place prior to start of the works.
- Develop Construction Programmes Using Asta/ MS Project Software
- Ensure all refurbishment / fit out works (direct or indirect) are implemented in accordance with Health & Safety best practice and legislation requirements.
- Program management
-To lead Project Completion meetings to ensure any issues and snagging has been identified and plans are in place to rectify prior to handover to the Client
Project Manager experience required:
- Fit Out Experience Desirable
- Minimum 5 - 10 years' No.1 Project Manager experience
- Degree educated
- Excellent communication skills - written / spoken
- Consultancy background ESSENTIAL
